The staff at reception were so lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and as expected. Everything worked and there was a free hot drink machine downstairs. We had an emergency (bed bugs) and had to leave our original hotel and relocate …

Room big enough, although the shower was a bit small. The service is friendly and helpful. Good location, but it can be a bit noisy.

The rooms are good the staff is really friendly. Breakfast is good. But there is one downside for me. The TV stucks on hotel mode, for me as I am living in a hotel I like to see my own program via HDMI ! This isn't nowadays not acceptable anymore!

Rooms lvl 10 (large and clean, fridge, large TV, hairdryer), cleaning lvl 10 (rooms cleaned every day), location lvl 10 (train station right outside the door, so you can go whenever and wherever you want)

Hotel staff very unpleasant and rude behavior. In the evening when we came from town, there was no staff to open the front door and it was locked, I was very rushed to the room after my medicines but the staff sat outside smoking. We have four hotel rooms and no TV or fridge works. I really do not recommend this hotel. Never experienced anything like it! The hotel staff yells at the customers and does not take the customers' needs into account

Just nearby the train station, very convenient place. Good service, helpful staff. Clean hotel for a good price. I like the fact that there are coffee machines in the rooms and they give coffee capsules everyday

Large parking lot with free parking; directly next to the train station. ||||My room was spacious with 2 single beds. I only used one; presumably it's possible to put the beds together to get a king-/queen size. There's a Nespresso machine …

Good location, good friendly staff, but breakfast needs much improvement for 3 star level. Room was good, mattress too soft for me even though I requested a firm mattress room due to reading a review with similar issue before booking. Bathroom lacks amenities like moisturizer etc. But shower is good.
